Where we found them
The Problem
North Coast is a Christian counseling practice operating across 3 locations in North East Ohio. Mike and Chuck came to us when they hit a brick wall. After nearly 40 years of operation, they were having trouble getting new clients and their business was stagnating.
After we ran a brand diagnostic on them, we identified issues with their design, messaging clarity, and online presence.

How we helped

Brand
Being a Christian centered counseling practice, we advised them to start with a reformat of their brand. While still maintaining "North Coast," putting their specialty as part of their name helped them speak more directly to their client base.

Clarity
Written as a directory rather than the most important step a customer takes before purchasing, their online presence was cluttered with messaging talking about the history of the company, their philanthropic work, and books the owners had written. We updated all of their copy to speak to the actual issues potential clients were facing.

Website
A 20 year old website with outdated design did not signal to any potential customer that they were modern and trustworthy. A website refresh was key in updating their business.
The results
"More clients in 1 week than the past 2 months combined"
That's what we heard from Mike and Chuck within one week of launching their new website. No targeted ads, no social media package, and no insane marketing retainer. From just changing the way they communicated who they are and what they do, they began gaining customers in a way they hadn't seen in decades. That's the power of messaging clarity.
